There are many kings peaks and kings mountains around the U.S. The one I hiked is in Oregon, in the coast range.

Been looking for a blog on hikes in Kings Mountain. NC, right? Anyway, glad to hear it’s challenging. I’m new to hiking. Did get a nice pair of boots. I’ve explored Crowders Mountain, and found the trails there challenging. Have you done Crowders? How does Kings Mountain compare? Let me know when you’ve posted your pictures.
