Homemade ice cream

Since Sandy got me an ice cream maker for Christmas, I’ve been having a lot of fun making ice cream.
Here is the recipe that I’ve been using:
- 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup milk
